What We Do

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required whenever a property is built, sold, or rented, and remains valid for 10 years. If you are planning to sell or let your property, a valid EPC is a legal requirement before it can be marketed. For tenants, your landlord or letting agent must provide you with the EPC.

Fast, Convenient Appointments

Appointments are arranged at a time that suits you—usually within 48 hours of your initial enquiry, and often on the same day when required.
A typical assessment takes between 20 and 40 minutes for an average-sized property.

After the survey, we will:

• Explain your EPC rating

• Discuss the findings and recommendations

• Advise on the most cost-effective improvements to boost energy efficiency and reduce running costs

Your certificate will then be sent directly to you, your agent, or your solicitor via email and lodged on the official EPC register.
