Your appointment will be arranged at a time that is convenient with you, and will normally be within 48 hours from initially contacting us, but we can often provide an appointment the same day if required.

 

The survey takes approximately 20 to 40 minutes to complete for an average sized property.

 

Once your survey has been completed, we will explain the recommendations to you and inform you of your EPC rating. We will advise the most cost effective improvements you can make to improve your EPC rating and energy efficiency to save money. We will then send you the certificate by a link emailed directly to you, your agent or solicitor, it will also be lodged on the EPC register.
