Complete professionalism from the first contact to the final report. Vicky and Marcus demonstrated great thoroughness, patience, and attention to detail. Asked for Vicky to contact us to do an EPC assessment for our house, as we thought ours was lost/expired. When Vicky called she explained that she'd checked the records and that we had a valid EPC so unless anything has radically changed with the property there's no need to have a new one done. She even provided me a link to get the EPC online. It's just marvelous to encounter someone with this level of professionalism and integrity.
